Notification of admission

As of March 20, 2025, the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra, has not yet released the official notification for Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) admissions for the academic year 2025-26. In the previous cycle (2024-25), the online registration for D.Pharm courses commenced on August 8, 2024. Based on this timeline, it is anticipated that the admission process for 2025-26 will begin around a similar period.

For the most accurate and up-to-date information, it is advisable to consult the official notifications and guidelines provided by the Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra.

Admission process D. Pharmacy

The admission for Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) in Maharashtra is conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP).

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for D.Pharmacy admission, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Passed 10+2 (HSC) or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology.

Candidates must be Indian nationals.

Maharashtra candidates get preference in government and aided colleges.

No entrance exam is required; admission is based on Class 12 marks.

Admission Process

  • Register on the DTE Maharashtra official website:

  • Fill in personal details, academic details, and upload required documents.

Visit a Facilitation Center (FC) for verification of uploaded documents.

Provisional Merit List is published based on Class 12 marks.

Seat allotment is done through multiple CAP rounds.
Candidates must accept the allotted seat online and pay the fee.

Candidates must report to the allotted institute within the given timeframe.
