Preplacement Activities:

Before companies visit the campus for hiring, colleges conduct various activities to prepare students:

    • Soft skills & communication training
    • Resume writing workshops
    • Aptitude & technical skill enhancement
  2. Internship Programs:
    • Many colleges require students to complete internships in pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, or research labs.

Placement Process

  • The college’s Placement Cell invites companies to hire students.
  • Companies share job details, including roles, salary, and eligibility criteria.

  • Eligible students apply for placements by submitting resumes through the placement cell.

  • Companies conduct presentations to explain job roles, career growth, salary packages, and selection process.

Recruitment typically involves:

  • Aptitude Test: To assess logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Round: Focuses on core pharmaceutical knowledge, research skills, and industry trends.
  • Group Discussion (GD): Some companies test communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
  • Personal Interview (HR + Technical): Final round to evaluate candidate suitability for the job.

  • Selected students receive job offers with salary details.
  • Some may be placed in multiple companies and asked to choose one offer.
