HOD MESSAGE

MBA Department

A management course focuses on building the competencies required to perform managerial roles successfully. At Samarth College of Engineering and Management, we strive to inculcate this pragmatic wisdom in our students. A passion for various management specializations such as Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, and Business Analytics should drive them to achieve something outstanding.

One of the biggest challenge is nurturing a learning-oriented mind-set. This learning curve should always be positively directed. As we all know, "Success depends not on ideas, but on converting ideas into actions." Therefore, merely encouraging students to be creative is not enough; engaging them in the best possible ways will make them more action-driven. To achieve this, mobilizing resources through a committed team is essential. Our core philosophy is that "Teamwork is the key to success." We have both the will and the skill to nurture management aspirants into valuable assets for the corporate world.

In today’s digital era, modern technologies serve as essential learning tools. Our focus is to equip students with technological proficiency to enhance their knowledge. To support this, we have established a Research and Innovation Cell, providing ample modern resources, easy access, and training to facilitate learning. Additionally, our Start-up and Incubation Cell encourages students to become entrepreneurs. Regular student development and placement activities are designed to cultivate the skills and abilities required by the corporate sector.

To substantiate our efforts, our previous batch achieved superlative placement in reputed companies, while some students took the entrepreneurial path and started their own ventures. As the saying goes, "Actions speak louder than words." We believe in demonstrating our commitment through results. Our ultimate goal is to mobilize, galvanize, and channelize students' efforts toward a successful future.
